Tamsin is a slouchy knee-high boot with a few details that set it apart: a panel that folds over the vamp, a narrow strap with a turn lock at the top, and a pointed toe on a low block heel. The suede-look shaft gathers down the leg, giving these women's knee-high boots a relaxed shape that still looks dressed.
