This policy explains accepted payment methods, payment security, billing, authorization, sales tax, declined payments, fraud prevention, and refunds at Valenta Fashion, operated by Novus Invictus LLC.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Diners Club, along with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are displayed and processed in US Dollars (USD).
2. Payment Security
Our website uses SSL encryption, and all payments are handled by secure, PCI DSS-compliant third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
3. Billing & Authorization
Your payment method is charged when you place your order. All orders are subject to a standard authorization and fraud-prevention review by your card issuer, payment provider, or our payment processor.
4. Transparent Pricing
The total shown at checkout is the amount you pay, including any applicable product price, shipping cost, and sales tax shown before you confirm payment. We do not add hidden handling or convenience fees. If you use a card issued outside the United States, your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or other charges outside our control.
5. Sales Tax
Sales tax is applied to orders shipped to states where we are legally required to collect it. Any applicable tax is calculated automatically and shown at checkout before you confirm your payment.
6. Fraud Prevention
To protect customers and cardholders, we may review orders that appear high-risk and may contact you to verify your order or payment information. If we cannot verify the payment or order details within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled. If payment has already been captured, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
7. Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, please check that your billing address matches your bank or card issuer's records, your card has not expired, and you have sufficient funds or credit available. If the issue continues, please contact your bank or card issuer, or try another accepted payment method such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
8. Refunds
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are processed according to our Return & Refund Policy. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit to your account after the refund has been processed.
