These Terms of Service apply to the use of the Valenta Fashion online store and to every order placed on it. Please read them before you place an order. By using our website or placing an order, you accept these terms and the policies they refer to.

Novus Invictus LLC is the seller and your only point of contact for every order, including for any warranty or legal right, whoever made the product. Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., 151 O'Connor Street, Ottawa, Ontario K2P 2L8, Canada.
2. Scope
These terms apply to orders from customers in the United States who buy as consumers. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the moment you place your order applies to that order.
3. Use of the website
By using our website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you use it with the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, not to infringe intellectual property rights and not to send viruses or other harmful code. We may refuse access to anyone who breaches these terms.
4. Products
We describe and show our products as accurately as we can. Photos are for illustration, and colors and details may look slightly different on your screen than in reality. Products are offered while stock lasts. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have ordered, we inform you and refund the amount paid for it in full.
5. Prices
Our prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Any sales tax that applies to your order is added automatically and shown at checkout before you pay. Standard shipping is free and import duties are paid by us, as described in our Shipping Policy. Prices may change, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. If a price is clearly shown in error, we may cancel the order, in which case we inform you and refund any payment in full.
6. Placing an order
You place an order by adding products to your bag, entering your delivery and billing details, choosing a payment method and confirming your order. The contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, such as suspected fraud, incorrect information or an obvious pricing error. In that case, any payment is refunded in full.
7. Payment
You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken in full when you place your order and is processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
8. Delivery
We deliver within the United States, and orders ship from our warehouse in China. The estimated delivery time is 6 to 13 business days: 1 to 3 business days of processing and 5 to 10 business days of transit. The risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you. 9. Cancellations, returns and refunds
You can cancel your order free of charge until it has been dispatched by emailing support@valenta-fashion.com with your order number. After delivery you have 30 days to return an item, without a restocking fee. Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving your return. Conditions, costs and exceptions are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
10. Warranties and your legal rights
Our products must match their description and be free from defects when delivered. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we offer a replacement, an exchange or a full refund, as described in our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under U.S. federal law or the consumer protection laws of your state.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Novus Invictus LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of our website or products, such as loss of profit or data. Our liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. These limitations do not apply to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, to fraud, or to anything for which liability cannot be limited by law. Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Events beyond our control
We are not liable for a delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, customs delays, internet outages or government measures. If such an event affects your order, we keep you informed and, where needed, offer you a full refund.
13. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, photographs, logos and design, belongs to Novus Invictus LLC or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our prior written permission.
14. Reviews and submissions
If you send us a review, comment or suggestion, you allow us to use and publish it, without an obligation to pay for it or keep it confidential. We only publish genuine reviews from customers.
15. Personal information and cookies
We handle your personal information and use cookies as described in our Privacy Policy.
16. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with an order or with our service, please contact us at support@valenta-fashion.com or through our contact page. We confirm receipt within 24 hours on working days and aim to give you a full answer within 5 business days. If we cannot resolve your complaint together, you may contact the consumer protection authority in your state, such as your state attorney general, or the Federal Trade Commission at ftc.gov.
17. Notice for California residents
Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California residents can contact us with complaints or questions at support@valenta-fashion.com. They may also contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by phone at (800) 952-5210.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where Novus Invictus LLC is established. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the state where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.
19. Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the other parts remain in full effect.
