How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days, followed by an estimated 6 to 10 business days in transit. The total estimated delivery time is 7 to 13 business days from purchase. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum required. Every order ships with tracking (track and trace).
Do you ship outside the United States or United Kingdom?
No. We currently ship exclusively within United Kingdom and the United States, to all 50 states.
Where are orders shipped from?
We work with an international fulfillment network. Your order may ship from a warehouse outside the United States and may be handed over to USPS or another domestic carrier for final delivery.
How can I track my package?
Once your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after the label is created for tracking to become active.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 calendar days from the date your package is marked delivered to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and have all tags and packaging intact. No restocking fees apply. Read our full Return & Refund Policy.
How do I start a return?
Email support@valenta-fashion.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct return address. Please do not send anything back before approval.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
For size, fit, preference, or change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Valenta Fashion covers the return or replacement costs.
Can I exchange for a different size, color, or product?
Yes. Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect your original item, we ship the replacement to you for free.
My order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. What should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@valenta-fashion.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will cover the costs and offer a free replacement or a full refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, your order may already be in preparation, so the standard return process applies once it arrives.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are encrypted and handled by secure, PCI DSS-compliant third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
How quickly will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need a few extra days to post the credit.
Tracking says delivered, but I do not have my package. What now?
Please first check with neighbors, household members, building management, and your local post office or carrier. If the package still cannot be located, contact us at support@valenta-fashion.com with your order number so we can help.
When is a package considered lost?
A package is considered lost if tracking shows no updates for 20 business days, or if it has not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch. Once the carrier confirms it is lost, we issue a full refund or a free replacement.
