In this Privacy Policy, Novus Invictus LLC, trading as Valenta Fashion ("we", "us", "our"), sets out which personal information we gather through the Valenta Fashion online store, what we do with it, with whom it is shared and how it is kept safe. It applies when you browse our website, order from us or get in touch.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with the parties that help us run our store:

Shopify Inc.: the platform that hosts our store and processes orders
Our payment providers, such as Shopify Payments: payment processing
Our fulfillment partners, who pack and ship your order from our warehouse in China, and the carriers that deliver it (such as USPS, UPS and FedEx): they receive your name, delivery address, phone number and email address
Email services of our platform: order confirmations, shipping updates and, if you have agreed, newsletters
Advertising partners such as Google and Meta: to measure our ads and show them to people who may be interested, unless you opt out

Under some U.S. state laws, sharing information with advertising partners for targeted advertising can count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out at any time on our Your Privacy Choices page.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, for example at the request of a court or authority, or to protect our rights or prevent fraud.

Customer service messages: up to 3 years after your question has been resolved
Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe
Analytics data: up to 14 months

After these periods, the information is deleted or made anonymous.

Where your information is processed

Our store is run from the United States, and your information is processed in the United States. Because your order ships from our warehouse in China, the details needed to fulfill it (name, delivery address, phone number and email address) are also shared with our fulfillment partners in China. Some of our other partners, including Shopify, may also process information in Canada or other countries. They are bound by contracts that require them to protect it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

Have your information deleted, unless we must keep it by law
Receive your information in a portable format

To use any of these rights, contact us at support@valenta-fashion.com or through our contact page. We may ask you to confirm your identity, for example with details from your order. We respond within 45 days, or within the period required by the law that applies to you. Someone else may submit a request for you as your authorized agent; we may then ask for proof that they act on your behalf.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we read that as your request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser.

Children

Our store is meant for adults and is not aimed at anyone under 16. In line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we never knowingly gather personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us at support@valenta-fashion.com so that we can delete it.

We protect your information with appropriate technical and organizational measures, including SSL encryption, PCI-DSS compliant payment processing and limited access to personal information.
