Refund policy

This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work at Valenta Fashion (operated by Novus Invictus LLC).

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your package is marked "Delivered" to request a return or exchange. We do not charge any restocking fees, so you receive the full product price back once your return is approved. Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable for standard returns.

2. Eligibility

To qualify, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. It must be free of scents (perfume, smoke) and stains (makeup, pet hair). Proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email, is required.

3. How to Start a Return

Email support@valenta-fashion.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photos. We will reply with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct return address. Please do not ship anything back before you receive approval, and write your RA number clearly on the package.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size, fit, preference, or change-of-mind returns. Valenta Fashion covers return shipping costs when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us unless the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Once the original item is received and approved, we ship the replacement item to you for free.

5. Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product? Once we receive and inspect your original item, we ship the replacement to you for free. Exchange items must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.

6. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few extra days to post the credit.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will cover the return shipping costs and send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping, whichever you prefer.

8. Lost Parcels

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office. A parcel is considered lost if tracking shows no updates for 20 business days, or if it has not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch. Once the carrier confirms it is lost, we issue a full refund or a free replacement.

9. Order Cancellation

You can cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, your order is likely already being prepared, so the standard return process applies once it arrives.

10. Returns Without Authorization

Items sent back without an approved RA number will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender. Please contact us first before sending any item back.
