Shipping policy

This policy explains where Valenta Fashion ships, shipping costs, estimated processing and delivery times, tracking, address accuracy, and what to do if your parcel is delayed or lost.
1. Where We Ship
Valenta Fashion ships exclusively within the United Kingdom and United States, to all 50 states. We currently do not offer international shipping to customers outside the United States or United Kingdom. All prices and totals are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD) or British Pounds (GBP).
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping is completely free on every order, with no minimum spend required. All orders ship with tracking (track and trace).
Before you confirm your payment, your order total will always be shown clearly at checkout. We don't believe in hidden handling fees, so what you see is what you pay.
3. Fulfillment & Origin
To offer competitive pricing and a wide product selection, we work with an international fulfillment network. Your order may ship from a warehouse outside the United States and may be handed over to USPS or another domestic carrier for final delivery within the United States or United Kingdom.
4. Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days, followed by an estimated 6 to 10 business days in transit, for a total estimated delivery time of 7 to 13 business days from purchase.
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday to Saturday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after the cut-off time are queued for the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.
5. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after the shipping label is created for tracking information to become active or update in the carrier system.
6. Address Accuracy
Please provide a complete and correct shipping address, including any apartment, suite, or unit number. We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you need to change your shipping address, email us at support@valenta-fashion.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has started processing, and we cannot redirect a package once it has shipped. Reshipping costs may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
A package is considered lost if tracking shows no updates for 20 business days, or if it has not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch. Once the carrier confirms that the package is lost, we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement, whichever you prefer.
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors, household members, your building management, and your local post office or carrier. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at support@valenta-fashion.com with your order number so we can assist you.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will cover the applicable return or replacement costs and offer a free replacement or a full refund, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
