Thea is a coat with a little character: a row of toggles passes through loops down the front, and the hood is lined, with the lining running through the body and sleeves and turning back at the cuffs. The straight cut ends at mid-thigh, which makes this women's hooded toggle coat easy to wear over leggings, jeans or dresses.
